1. Personalized Products (Final Sale)

Since every design is created specifically for you using our AI and approved during the purchase process, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to design dissatisfaction, change of mind, or errors in product/size selection made by the customer. By confirming your purchase, you authorize us to produce a unique piece that is exclusively yours and cannot be returned to our inventory.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or arrives damaged due to transit, we will make it right:
